消更散配合穴位推拿治疗更年期综合征临床研究
Clinical Research of Xiao Geng San Combined with Acupoint Massage in Treating Climacteric Syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Xiao Geng San combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of climacteric syndrome.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 40 cases and the control group of 40 cases.The treatment group was treated by Xiao Geng San(composition:barbary wolfberry fruit 15g,glossy privet fruit 10 g,medicinal cyathula root 10 g,prepared fleece flower root 10 g,radix rehmanniae 15 g,anemarrhena rhizome 10 g,Chinese angelica 10 g,white paeony root 10 g,crude dragon bone 30 g,raw oyster shell 30 g,stiff silkworm 10 g,liquoric root 6 g) combined with acupoint massage therapy,the control group was treated with Xiao Geng San purely.Results:Effective rate of the treatment group was 97.5％,and the rate of the control group was 85.0％,comparison of the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Xiao Geng San combined with acupoint massage in treating climacteric syndrome is exact,short course of treatment,and taking effect quickly.关键词
