植烟土壤养分和土壤酶活性的典型相关分析
Correlation Analysis between Soil Nutrient and Soil Enzyme Activity of Flue-cured Tobacco Region

Abstract
Canonical correlation analysis was applied to determine the relationship between soil nutrient and soil enzyme activity of Yanbian flue-cured tobacco region in three distinct soils (dark brown soils,black sandy soils,and Baijiang soils)in Jilin province,China.The rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil were simultaneously sampled five times at interval of 20 days during the whole growth period,and then soil nutrient and soil enzyme activity were measured.The results showed that dark brown soil was more suitable for the growth of tobacco than black sand and Baijiang soils.Soil catalase activity and invertase activity were positive correlation with available K,and soil catalase was positive correlation with pH.Increasing potassium was helpful to improve soil quality of Yanbian flue-cured tobacco.关键词
