牛体外发育卵母细胞成熟的评估方法研究
Study on Methods for Assessment of Bovine Oocyte Maturation Cultured in Vitro
摘要
Abstract
In this study,three different methods,including the cumulus expansion,morphologic observation or staining analysis of the first polar body eduction,were evaluated for the assessment of in vitro bovine oocyte maturation.The result showed that the maturation rate was 76.8％ by method of the cumulus expansion while the first polar body eduction rate of morphologic observation and staining analysis were 71.2％ and 77.1％,respectively.No significant difference was observed among three different methods(P＞0.05),indicating that all the three methods can be used to assess the maturation of bovine oocytes in vitro.关键词
