摘要

Abstract

To further study the gasification performance of BGL gasification technology,the optimal operating parameters of BGL gasifier were explored.Based on Aspen Plus,the BGL gasifier gasification model was established by using the reaction balance model and the minimizing method of the Gibbs free energy ; and the model established was tested through the simulation for three kinds of coal.The results show that the gasifier model is in much good agreement with the actual running of BGL gasifier,and can be applied to the chemical and thermodynamic equilibrium calculation of some complex gasification processes.A series of calculations were carried out to reveal the effects of different operation parameters on the performance of gasifier.Taking Huaibei bituminous coal as example,the different oxygen preheating temperature,oxygen/coal mass ratio,steam/coal mass ratio were simulated to reveal the effects on the coal gas composition at exit of gasifier.The results show that the gas production rate increases with the rise of oxygen/coal mass ratio and oxygen preheating temperature,and drops at a specific value of oxygen/coal mass ratio,which achieves the highest when the oxygen/coal mass ratio is 0.36 ; the gas production rate decreases with the increase of steam/coal mass ratio.
