秋水仙素和除草剂浸芽加倍玉米单倍体效率的研究
Study on Doubling Efficiency of Maize Haploids Bud Soaked by Herbicide and Colchicine
摘要
Abstract
Maize haploids used in this research were induced from Mo17 × PHB1M.Prploids by bud soaking.The results showed all three medicaments had effects on doubling haploids.The doubling rates of haploids treated with propyzamide of 4-16 mg/L were 5％-16％.The doubling rates of haploids treated with AMP of 8-32 mg/L were 8％-16％.The doubling rates of haploids treated with AMP of 0.4-1.0 mg/L were 5.5％-16.5％.The optimum combination was treated for 8 h with 8 mg/L propyzamide,21 mg/L APM and 0.7 mg/L colchicines in three trials,respectively.The pronamide and AMP can replace colchicine in maize haploid doubling.关键词
