红肉菠萝蜜种子胰蛋白酶抑制剂的分离纯化及其特性
Purification and Characterization of Trypsin Inhibitor from the Seeds of Red Flesh Jackfruit in Hainan
摘要
Abstract
On the basis of anion exchange chromatography and gel filtration chromatography,trypsin inhibitor was obtained from the seeds of red flesh jackfruit,which was named as AHTI.AHTI inhibited trypsin,which is made of multisubunits with the molecular weight of 28.8 kD and 16.4 kD.Its activity increased with the increase of its concentration.AHTI exhibited the trypsin inhibitory stability against temperature and pH.AHTI maybe played an important role in defending predators.关键词
