汽车MRO知识本体构建与应用研究
Research on set-up and application of auto-MRO knowledge ontologies

Abstract
Auto-MRO(Maintenance,Repair and Overhaul/Operation)knowledge ontologies are developed in order to realize reuse and sharing of MRO knowledge.Based on requirements from auto repairing industries,the ontology development method is proposed,together with analysis of their basic relationships and characteristics and founding of concepts classification and axioms.Using Protege3.1.1 MRO knowledge ontologies are implemented.Agent is adopted for the MRO knowledge management.The intelligent skills matching of Human Resources (HR) is achived based on ontologies,with which an example is carried out.The results show how efficient and reasonable of this method is.关键词
