摘要

Abstract

The key steps of numerical simulation analysis for drawing process on auto panel are discussed aiming at the processing characteristics of large auto panel.The mesh generation of parts,the repair of addendum surface,the blank size estimation and the design and layout of drawbead are studied stressly.The problems prone to occur in simulation are also pointed out.The numerical simulation analysis of the drawing process on an auto panel is achieved using Dynaform software.According to the simulation results,the size and layout of drawbead,the parameters of master profile on addendum surface are modified and optimized with cracking and wrinkling eliminated.The corresponding programs which can optimize the forming plan are also presented in this paper.
