Empirical Analysis and Suggestion for the Benefit of Comprehensive Exploitation and Utilization of Mineral Resources
摘要
Abstract
Based on the background of comprehensive exploitation and utilization of mineral resources,this paper briefly elaborates its importance to improve resource security capacity,construct two-oriented society and transform the mode of mining development.Then the resource,economic,social and environmental benefits of comprehensive utilization was discussed from macro and micro perspectives.According to the case study of Hunan Nonferrous Xintianling tungsten mine,it estimates the mine's specific benefits in increasing recoverable reserves,raising income,protecting ecological environment and promoting employment.Finally,on the premise of China' s actual conditions,the policy-making suggestion of establishing' Green Mining Fund' was given to push forward the comprehensive exploitation and utilization of mineral resources.关键词
