摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of atlantoaxial transpedicle screw-rod fixation for the treatment of upper cervical injury.Methods 13 patients with upper cervical injury were treated by C1,2 pedicls screw-rods internal fixation.Results The operation time was 60 ～ 150 min.5 cases of Frankel grade D were recovered to grade E.All cases were followed up for 6 ～ 22 months.All cases got bony fusion.No instrument looseness or breakage was found.Conclusions It is practical technique for the treatment of upper cervical injury with atlantoaxial transpedicle screwrod fixation.关键词
