摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the surgical methods and clinical effects of finger distal segment replantation with vascular defects.Methods Distal digital breakage with vascular defects of 124 cases underwent replantation.Results 110 fingers were completely survived,14 fingers were necrotic,and the survial rate was 88.7％.According to the provisinal functional assessment criteria for upper limb issued by the Hand Surgery Society of Chinese Medical Association,excellent in 75 cases,good in 30,poor in 19,the excellent and good rate was 95.4％.Conclusions Appropriate replantation method can greatly improve the defect in the small blood vessels,increase the survival rate of replantation,and reduce the morbidity.关键词
