摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of micro locking plate with external fixation for the treatment of children clavicular fracture.Methods Retrospective studies on 21 eases of children clavicular fracture.All cases were treated by using micro locking plate with extemal fixation.Results All the patients were followed up for 6 ～ 12 weeks after operation.Fractures were all bone healing.According to the criteria of Constant-Murley,there were 15 cases excellent,5 fair and 1 poor.1 case of partial loss of fracture reduction,2 cases of slight infection in nail path,1 case of scar proliferation at the nail path.No nail was broken and no nail loosening was found.Conclusions For children patients with clavicular fracture,it is safe and effective to choose treatment of micro locking plate with external fixation.关键词
