丝裂霉素C-几丁糖混合物预防硬膜外粘连的效果
The effect of mitomycin C-chitin combination on the prevention of epidural adhesion

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of topical application of mitomycin C-chitin mixture in preventing epidural adhesion after laminectomy.Methods 48 rats were used in the experiment and divided into 3 groups randomly (mitomycin C-chitin mixture group A,mitomycin C group B and control group C).The BBB scoring was used for assessment of motor function of posterior limb before and one day after administration.Macroscopic observation,hydroxyproline content of scar and the histological analysis were used to evaluate epidural adhesion after 6 weeks.Results There was no significant difference before and after administration among the three groups by BBB scoring (P＞ 0.05).The hydroxyproline content of scar in group A and group B was obviously less than that in control group,moreover there was no significant difference between group A and group B (P ＞0.05).Conclusions Topical application of mitomycin C-chitin mixture can prevent epidural scar adhesion after laminectomy.关键词
