术尔泰预防盆腔手术后肠粘连效果观察

Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy and safety of Shuertai in prevention of intestinal adhesion after pelvic cavity surgery.Methods A total of 180 patients who underwent pelvic cavity operation during January 2009 and December 2012 were randomly divided into experimental group (n =90) and control group (n =90).After douching with 0.9％ normal saline (NS) in pelvic cavity before abdominal suture,patients in experimental group were treated with 250 ml of Shuartai douching solutions and 1/3 of Shuartai solutions remained in pelvic cavity,then the patient's abdomen was sewed after douching with Shuartai solution on wounds; patients in control group were treated with mannitol solution by the same method used in experimental group.Postoperative enteric ventilation time and incidence rates of ankylenteron within 4 years in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of ventilation and defecation within 24 hours after operation in experimental group was significantly increased compared with that in control group (P =0.009) ; 30 patients in experimental group and 34 patients in control group underwent a second operation,and the intraoperative incidence rate of intestinal adhesion in experimental group (16.7％) was significantly lower than that in control group (61.8％,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Shuartai douching after pelvic cavity surgery may prevent postoperative intestinal adhesion关键词
