摘要

Abstract

Processing of three components blended fabric was discussed.Silkworm protein fiber,white bamboo charcoal modified polyester fiber and cotton were used to spun blended yarn.Through optimizing fiber blending ratio,making full use of each fiber characteristic,finally unique style and functional property can be ensured.In production,partial isolation humidification was adopted to ensure temperature and humidity demands.In drawing process,first drawing draft is larger than that of the later drawing multiple,larger twister factor was used in roving process,technology problems of worse fiber cohesion and serious static can be solved.In weaving process,loom shed amount was increased,air pressure of main nozzle and secondary nozzle was selected rationally,lower height of back beam was used in weaving process,finally problem of broken warp and weft stop can be reduced effectively,product quality can reach quality demands.
