The Microstructure and Properties of PET/PA6 Orange Flap Microfiber Synthetic Leather Fabric
摘要
Abstract
From the point of view of the synthetic leather fabric,the structure and properties of PET/PA6 orange type flap composite microfiber nonwoven have been studied.The results show that the nonwoven fabric surface smoothness,feel relatively soft,high thermal stability,can be used as synthetic leather fabric used in the production of synthetic leather,its smaller fiber woven angle and the polygonal shape of the fiber cross section,resulting in the nonwoven fabric feel flat and thin,fullness insufficient,elasticity and the extension are small,porous structure of the nonwoven fabric,resulting in its have a high air permeability and water vapor permeability.关键词
