摘要

Abstract

Optimum conditions of hydrolysis on chrome shavings with protease were investigated based on the hydrolysis rate.Some influence factors such as the hydrolytic temperature,hydrolytic time,the amount of protease,and hydrolytic pH were determined.The optimum conditions were as follows:hydrolytic temperature 55 ℃,hydrolytic time 4h,the amount of protease 2%,hydrolytic pH=7.0.The hydrolysis rate of the chrome shavings can be increased to 97.61% under such conditions,nitrogen yield is 78.84%,and the chrome contents of the hydrolysate is only 0.31 ×10-4g/L.This paper also analysed the free amino acid component of the hydrolysate through High Performance Liquid Chromatography.
