橡胶树HbEBP1蛋白亚细胞定位初步研究
The Subcellular Localization of Rubber Tree HbEBP1 Protein
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the subcellular localization of HbEBP1 and find the clues for its function,a HbEBP1EGFP fusion protein expression vector was constructed by fusion PCR method,and was transformed into Arabidopsis thaliana.The roots of transgentic plant were observed under the confocal microscope for detecting the EGFP distribution.The green fluorescence signal was observed to distribute both in the cytosol and nuclear in transgenic Arabidopsis root cells.The results showed HbEBP1 was localized to both the cytosol and nuclear.关键词
