巴西橡胶树类甜味蛋白基因HbTLP1的克隆及表达分析
Cloning and Expression Analysis of Gene Encoding Thaumatin-like Protein1 in Hevea brasiliensis
摘要
Abstract
Based on the result from the amino acid sequence of TLP in Arabidopsis thaliana and the data of RNA-Seq analysis in Hevea brasiliensis,the homolog of rubber TLP was cloned by RT-PCR and named as HbTLP1.The sequencing result showed that the open reading frame of HbTLP1 is 984 bp,encoding 327 amino acids with a conserved THAUMATIN-Like domain similar with TLP from other plants.Bioinformatics analysis showed that the amino acid sequence of the HbTLP1 is similar with that of TLP from Populus tomentosa,Glycine max,Vitis vinifera and A.thaliana.The expression of HbTLP1 was induced by SA and fig22 at transcript level,but not JA.All the data indicated that HbTLP1 is the TLP homolog in rubber and is related to SA mediated disease resistance signal pathway and involved in plant immunity respond.关键词
