甘蔗赤腐病菌生物学特性研究
The Biological Characteristics of Red Rot Disease of Sugarcane Caused by Colletotrichum falcatum
摘要
Abstract
Symptomatic tissues of sugarcanes red rot disease collected from various zones of south China were isolated and identified,and Koch's rule was used to test the virulence of the isolates.The result showed that the sugarcane red rot disease was caused by the infection of Colletotrichum falcatum.The biological characters assay revealed the Colletotrichum falcatum grew well on the cultural medium of oat meal and Richards.The optimum temperature for the mycelia growth was 25 to 30 ℃,and the optimum pH was 6 to 8,the effect of illumination was not significant.The lethal temperature of the pathogenic fungi was 60 ℃ for 10 min.These results provided the theoretical basic for the pathogenic forecast as well as scientific prevention of the sugarcane red rot disease关键词
