Abstract

From April to July in 2010,we investigated the dynamic change of soil microorganisms at various growing stage of dictyophora by tracing the total amount of bacteria,fungi,actinomycetes in soil.The results showed that bacteria in new soil was less than that in the successive cropping soil at the early growing stage.On the contrary,the total amount of fungi and actinomycetes were slightly larger than that in successive cropping soil.At the following stage,the total quantity of bacteria and fungi did not show great variation,while the number of actinomycetes obviously changed.A greater quantity and degree variation of actinomycetes could be observed in continuous cropping soil than that in the new soil.The changing tendency of fungi quantity in the new soil always consisted with the growth of dictyophora when dictyophora began to vigorously grow up.The total amount of fungi did not sharply increase in the continuous cropping soil.Furthermore,in both new soil and successive cropping soil,it was found that the total number of bacteria and actinomycetes declined to its lowest when dictyophora growed up with the highest speed.After that,as the growth of dictyophora slowed down,the total amount of bacteria gradually increased to the maximum and then reduced again.The accumulation of the metabolites from dictyophora and soil microorganisms in the successive cropping soil need to be responsible for such variation of soil composition,which also inhibited continuous cropping of dictyophora.
