Screen of Efficient Nitrogen-fixing Rhizobium Strains Matching with Stylosanthes guianensis cv.Reyan Ⅱ

Abstract
To screen efficient nitrogen-fixing rhizobium strains matching with Stylosanthes guianensis (Aublet) Swartz cv.Reyan Ⅱ,some indicators such as dry weight,plant height,nitrogen content,phosphorus content and nitrogenase activity were determined in Reyan Ⅱ after inoculated with 22 strains of rhizobia in sterilized sand.The results showed that,the plants inoculated with rihzobium had higher dry weight and nitrogen content than the plants without rihzobium and the effect of different strains was disparity.Inoculation with strains PN13-3、BS1-1、DH10-3、YM11-1、DH4-2 and LZ3-2,which were high efficient nitrogen-fixing for rhizobium Reyan Ⅱ,was helpful for the increase of dryweight and plant quantity.While the strains DF6,ZJ2-2,RJS9-2,NX1 and RJS9-1 had no significant effect on the growth of Reyan Ⅱ.关键词
