巴西橡胶树GGPS和V-PPase基因的染色体定位分析

Abstract
GGPS and vacuolar PPase(V-PPase)were crucial enzymes in regulating the biosynthesis of rubber.The di-color-FISH was used to physically locate the GGPS and V-PPase gene of Hevea brasiliensis.The results showed that GGPS gene was located on the short arm of chromosome 4 of ‘Reyan 7-33-97’,the percent distances from the gene locis to centromere was 72.39,while the V-PPase gene was located on the short arm of chromosome 10,the percent distances from the gene locis to centromere was 25.78.The results provided a molecular cytogenetics basis of genetic engineering,genetics and breeding for the rubber tree.关键词
