摘要
Abstract
The growth process of sapphire crystal by kyropoulos was studied by numerical simulation software CrysMAS.The numerical simulation results were used to regulate the growth rate of crystal.High-quality sapphire crystal weight 91.3 kg was grown.The simulation results and the experimental results was compared.The results show that the state of the crystal growth at different times can be reflected by the numerical simulation results.The growth rate of crystal should be kept low in the initial stage.During diameter growth stage,the maximum growth rate of the crystal should be less than 1002 g/h.关键词
