摘要

Abstract

The stress of lithium niobate crystals was analyzed,and the stress was classified into thermal stress,defects stress,machining residual stress and external mechanical stress according to their source.The exsolution of lithium niobate crystal solid solution while heat treatment was preliminarily analyzed,and crystal blanks have been heat-treated with appropriate stress relieving technics.Flexible mounting technology was developed to replace the traditional rigid mounting technology in electro-optical Q-switches production process,and clamping stress effect to Q-switches was eliminated.These lithium niobate electro-optical Q-switches have been put into practical application,and lasers working temperature stability were effectively enhanced.
