高岭土成型体水热转化无粘结剂4A分子筛研究
Hydrothermal Conversion of Preformed Kaolinic Bodies into Binderless Molecular Sieve 4A

Abstract
The preformed granules shaped by mixing quantitative kaolinite,carbon pore-generating materials,attapulgite enhancing agent and deionized water were calcined at high temperature,and then crystallized thermally in NaOH solutions for some time to convert them into bindrless molecular sieve bodies of zeolite 4A.The results showed that the amount of pore generator and activation system of preformed bodies were keys to successful conversion of molecular sieve.The excessive amount of pore generator can results in the strength reduction of the molding body,and the insufficient amount cannot form the rich pore channels that obstruct the crystalhzation fluid to enter the body to react entirely.In addition,kaolinite and pore generator are not fully decomposed if the calcination temperature is too low and/or time is too short for molding bodies,and the partial activity of kaolin is reduced and the precursor hole channel collapse if the temperature is too high and/or time is too long.φ3 mm balls,containing 11% pore generator and calcined at 750 ℃ for 3 h,can be converted into perfect crosslinking crystal aggregates of zeolite 4A by thermal crystallization.The strength and the static water adsorption of the resultant are close to 115 N/partical and 23.75% respectively.关键词
