摘要
Abstract
The effect of synthesis technology on microphotograph of Al (OH) 3-Y (OH) 3/ZrB2 composite powders were studied by co-precipitation methods.Through analysis with TEM,the conditions of synthesizing Al(OH) 3-Y(OH) 3/ZrB2 composite powders with the better coating quality are that pH =9,the appropriate concentration (Al3+ =0.017 mol/L,Y3+ =0.01 mol/L) of solution,the titration speed for 0.05 mL/s and the reaction time for 60 min,respectively.The thicker of coating layer is about 150-300 nm,which lay the raw materials base for improving the difficult sintering densification of ZrB2 composite materials.关键词
