摘要

Abstract

Using CoSO4,ZnSO4 and Fe2(SO4)3 as raw materials,sodium hydroxide as precipitant,the CoxZn1-xFe2O4 nanocrystallines were prepared by chemical coprecipitation method.By using XRD,SEM and VSM measurements,the morphology,grain size,crystal structure and magnetic properties of Cox Zn1-xFe2O4 nanocrystallines were investigated.The results show that all the samples are pure spinel structure; the obtainted CoxZn1-xFe2O4 particles are spherical and the mean grain size is about 11 ~ 15 nm.The specific saturation magnetization (σ8) and coercive force (Hc) of the samples increase with the increasing content of cobalt in the CoxZn1-xFe2O4 nanocrystallines,and it gradually transforms from the paramagnetism of ZnFe2O4 to the ferrimagnetism of CoFe2O4.
