集束化护理预防导管相关血流感染的探讨
Exploring the cluster of nursing interventions to prevent catheter-related blood-stream infections
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the cluster of nursing interventions to prevent catheter-related blood-stream infections.Methods Use retrospective analysis method,to campared the incidence of CRBSI between center vein catheter (CVC) patients by using conventional care in March 2011 to August 2011 and using cluster of care in September 2011 to February 2012,observed the effect of the application of cluster care strategy.Results Before the cluster of care measures the average rate of CRBSI was 5.8‰,after cluster of care measures the average rate of CRBSI was 1.52 ‰(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion For patients with indwelling CVC,the strict implementation of the cluster of care measures,can reduce CRBSI rates of infection.关键词
