食管癌患者的病理特征与组织中MIF表达的相关性研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF) in esophageal cancer,and the correlation with clinical pathological features of esophageal cancer.Methods Immunohistochemistry were used to assay MIF expression of carcinoma tissue and the esophagus epithelium of the tumor-adjacent,for 80 cases of primary esophageal cancer.Results MIF positive expression in esophageal cancer group is obviously higher than that of the tumor-adjacent tissues group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).MIF expression and esophageal cancer pathological type,tumor size,tumor site and differentiation degree had no obvious correlation (P ＞ 0.05).However,with clinical TNM staging related (P＜0.05).Conclusion MIF was high expression in esophageal cancer,with tumor clinical TNM staging related,it can be used testing indexes for esophageal cancer's diagnosis,prognosis and treatment.关键词
