Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of laparoscopc high ligation for indirect inguinalhemia in children.Methods The retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 21 1 children who suffered from indirect inguinalhemia.In this study,106 patients underwent Laparoscopic operation and 105 patients underwent classical operation,and The operative time for one side of hernia,postoperative complications,postoperative recurrence were evaluated with randomized contrast analysis.Results The operative time for one side of hernia,postoperative complications,postoperative recurrence and the average days in hospital in the group of underwent laparoscopic operation (A group) were less than that of classical operation (B group).postoperative recurrence was observed in 1 child in A group,who required a re-operation of laparoscopic repair; postoperative recurrence were observed in 6 child in B group,2 of whom were cured with laparoscopic operation and 4 of whom with open operation.Conclusion Laparoscopy operation had obvious superiority for the children's indirect inguinalhernia in treatment,and was the first choice.关键词
