Abstract
Objective To investigate the security and effectiveness of propofol (MCT Fresnius) which was intravenous rapid injection for painless gastroscopy.Methods 126 patients with ASA Ⅰ ～ Ⅱ grade,age 16-55 years,without the history of obesity,epilepsy and allergy were randomly divided into A,B groups,with 63 cases in each group.The propofol was injected at the rate of 5 mg/s in Group A,30 mg/s in Group B.The mean arterial pressure、heart rote 、SpO2 were monitored,the restlessness 、total drag dose and the awake time were recorded.Results At the three points,the MAP、HR and SpO2 were no difference between group A and group B (P ＞0.05).One patient was exited because of SpO2 ＜80％ for more than two minutes.The quantity of fretful patients and the total drag dose were different between group A and group B (P ＜ 0.05).In group A,the total drug dose was higher than group B and the awake time was delayed.Conclusion It was safe and effective that propofol (MCT Fresnius) was intravenous rapid injection for painless gastroscopy.关键词
