摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenfu injection combined with Dopamine treatment of chronic heart failure with hypohyperteasion Methods 68 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The two groups was given conventional anti-heart failure + dopamine booster treatment,the treatment group based on the Shenfu injection.Comparison of two treatment methods and the total effective rate,blood press.Results The blood pressure of the treating group was more higher and stabler than that of control group.The total effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than the treatment group (P ＜0.05).Conclusion Shenfu injection combined with dopamine in the treatment of chronic heart failure with hypotension,elevating and stablizing blood press markedly,boost regulator role in significantly reducing the amount of dopamine,no side effects.关键词
