摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of 40mg atorvastatin on BNP and hn-CRP in patients with diastolic heart failure.Methods 62 non-ischemic heart failure patients were equally randomized to receive usual care alone (control group,n =31) or receive usual care combined 40mg atorvastatin (atorvastatin group,n =31),the levels of BNP and hn-CRP before and after treatment were compared.Results Compared with control group,the levels of BNP and hn-CRP in atorvastatin group were decreased significantly.Conclusion Effect of atorvastatin on decreasing the level of BNP and hn-CRP may be beneficial for patients with diastolic heart failure.关键词
