Abstract
Objective To explore the effectiveness of iron sucrose injection in the treatment of anemia patients with chronic renal failure receiving dialysis.Methods 64 anemia patients with chronic kidney disease receiving dialysis of our hospital from March 2011 to March 2012 were randomly divided into Control group (ferrous succinate tablets) and Observation group (iron sucrose injection).The following indices were compared between two groups,such as treatment effect,anemia related indicators (HCT,FS,Hb,RBC and RC) before and 3 months after treatment as well as the adverse reactions.Results Three months later,the total effective rate of Observation group was higher than that of Control group (81.25％ vs.56.25％,P ＜ 0.05).Despite of RC,the remaining anemia related indicators of Observation group were superior to those of control group.There were no statistical differences on the adverse reaction rate of two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The effectiveness of iron sucrose injection in the treatment of anemia with chronic renal failure receiving dialysis is better.iron sucrose injection;chronic renal failure;anemia;clinical effect关键词
