摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of low molecular heparin on the treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome.Methods The 80 patients came from our hospital from Feb 2010 to Jun 2012 were randomly allocated to a control or a experimental group.The experimental group were treated with low molecular heparin,whereas,the control group were only treated by conventional therapy.Results The APACHE Ⅱ score,breath rate,PaO2/FiO2 and PaCO2 of the experimental group were significantly advanced than that of the control group(P ＜ 0.05) ; the level of BPC and PT of the experimental group were significantly improved than that of the control group(P ＜ 0.05); Moreover,the length of stay and fatality rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Low molecular heparin therapy is efficient in the ARDS treatment,therefore has great utility.关键词
