摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss and anlyze clinical value of using awning hiatus section to treat awning hiatus hernia supervened heavy craniocerebral loss patients.Methods Chose 120 cases of these heavy craniocerebral loss patients who have been admitted at our hospital as clinical study objectives,divided them inot control group and experimental group according to random number table,gave hematoma clearance to control group's patients as treatment,and did not give awning hiatus section to them,while proceeded awning hiatus section to experimental group' s patients on the basis of control group' s patients,observed and compared these two groups' patients' prognosis conditions and their happening situations of complication safter they received different treatments.Results The number of patients who recovered very good in experimental group was 38.84％ more than control group's,P ＜ 0.05,it has statistics emaning.And experimental group' s patients' happening rate of complications was 30％ lower than control group' s,P ＜ 0.05,it has statistics meaning.Conclusion Awning hiatus section has significant clinical effect on the treatment of awning hiatus hernia supervened heavy craniocerebral loss patients,and it produce fewer adverse reactions and has certain security,patients and their families are satisfied with it,it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
