Abstract
Objective To analyze the change of intensity of the use of antibiotics and the cost of the antibiotics after policy interventions were implemented in the hospital.Methods Retrospective survey of the total dosage and antibacterial use density of antibiotics of the hospitalized patients and different departments from Jan to Jun in 2011 and 2012 was performed.Results As compared with the same period in 2011,the AUD of the antibiotics of all the hospitalized patients,different departments decreased after the interventions of the policy were implemented.At the same time,the costs of the antibiotics of some diseases were less than that of the same period in 2011.Conclusion Hospital policy implementation achieved significant effect in the decline of the AUD of the antibiotics,which promotes the standardization of the use of antibiotics and saves the costs of the antibiotics.So it is worth promoting.关键词
