Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of the "System of job responsibility of holistic nursing care" in clinical practice of junior college nursing students.Methods 132 junior college nursing students in clinical practice were randomly divided into the observation group(n =65)and the control group(n =67) in our hospital during July 2011 to March 2012.The observation group of nursing students after 4 months of training in patients with the implementation of holistie nursing care,responsibility system,and those in the control group took the traditional training methods.Then,compare the degree of satisfaction of clinical instruction teachers and patients and the index of theory test,operation examination and comprehensive ability between the two groups.Results The observation groups degree of satisfaction of clinical instruction teachers and patients and the index of theory test,operation examination and comprehensive ability was better than the control group's,and the difference had a statistical significance(P ＜ 0.0l).Conclusion It can improve the nursing students' clinical comprehensive ability,satisfaction of patients and quality of clinical practice when the "System of job responsibility of holistic nursing care" is in the application of nursing students training.关键词
