Effects of Yishen Tongluo Herbs Prescription on Neural Dysfunction and Apoptosis in Brain Tissue of IR Model Rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore effects of Yishen Tongluo Herbs Prescription on neural dysfunction and apoptosis in brain tissue of ischemia reperfusion (IR) Model Rats.Methods:The IR model rats were established by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MACO).Longa scores and cerebral infarct volume (mm3) by TTC staining and apoptosis cells examined by TUNEL staining were determined and used to evaluate the effects of Yishen Tongluo Herbs Prescription on neural dysfunction and apoptosis in brain tissue of ischemia reperfusion (IR) Model Rats.Results:Longa scores,cerebral infarct volume and apoptosis cells in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05or P＜0.01).Conclusion:Yishen Tongluo Herbs Prescription can reduce the neural dysfunction and apoptosis in brain tissue of IR model rats.关键词
