Abstract
Objective:To observe the thermal moxibustion and Traditional Chinese Medicine iontophoresis with the clinical efficacy of functional training in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:120 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group,60 cases in each treatment group were combined with functional training thermal moxibustion plus Chinese medicine iontophoresis treatment,controlled group was treated with EA respectively.After 3 courses of treatment the course of treatment,efficacy were assessed and compared by experts.Results:The clinical cure rate was 58.3％,the total effective rate was 96.7％ ; clinical cure of the controlled group was 23.3％,the total effective rate was 76.7％,the cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than the controlled group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Thermal moxibustion plus Chinese medicine iontophoresis with functional training in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has significant effect.关键词
