中医药综合治疗慢性湿疹疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods:62 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (32 cases),controlled group (30 cases).According to syndrome differentiation treatment group with Chinese Angelica Decoction or Additive Shenling Baizhu Decoction taken orally,with Catgut Implantation at acupoint and fire neddling in skin lesions.The controlled group orally took 10mg of Loratadine Tablets,once a day,topical Desonide Cream.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.9％,the total efficiency was 80％ of controlled group.Comparing the curative effect of the two groups,P＜0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The combined therapy has a good clinical efficacy for chronic eczema关键词
