泻白散加减内服外敷治疗疤痕性痤疮47例临床疗效观察
Observation of Clinical Curative Effect in 47 Cases with Acne Scar by Internal and External Treatment with Xiebai Powder
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect in 47 cases with acne scar by internal and external treatment with Xiebai Powder.Methods:76 cases with scarring acne were randomly divided into treatment group with 47 cases and controlled group with 29 cases.The treatment group in 47 cases according to syndrome differentiation and treatment principles with acne scar treated with internal and external treatment with Xiebai Powder; the controlled group in 29 cases treated with different dimension A acid plus roxithromycin.Education and psychological comfort in acne must be standardized treatment in two groups; the clinical efficacy was evaluated after February in two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.1％,the controlled group was 65.5％,the difference between the two groupswas significant (p＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese prescription of Xiebai Powder addition and subtraction and internal and external treatment has better curative effect and has no obvious side effects in patients with acne scar.关键词
