摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of floating needle combined with sodium hyaluronate injection for treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:104 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group adopted the floating needle combined with sodium hyaluronate injection therapy,while the controlled group adopted electro -acupuncture therapy; after 3 courses of treatment,clinical curative effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment group were significantly better than the controlled group about Lysholm Rating Scale,clinical curative effect and course of treatment,there was significant (P＜0.01).Conclusion:The curative effect of floating needle combined with sodium hyaluronate injection is better than therapeutic of electro-acupuncture,worthy of clinical application.关键词
