Abstract
Objective:To compare the effect of acupuncture add massage manipulation with traction and manipulation of massage with traction to treat prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods:94 patients were randomly divided into treatment groups with 47 cases for acupuncture add massage manipulation with traction and treatment groups with 47 cases for massage manipulation with traction.Both two groups were using ATA-Ⅱ D type automatic traction beds,1 time a day and 10 days for 1 course.After 4 courses of treatment,curative effects of both methods were compared.Results:The total effective rate for acupuncture add massage manipulation with traction was 87.23％,while the rate for manipulation of massage with traction group was 80.85％.Difference about treatment effects between the two groups was significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture add massage manipulation with traction has better curative effects than that of manipulation of massage with traction.关键词
