Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of neostigmine point injection in the treatment of urinary retention of anorectal postoperative.Methods:Sanyinjiao Acupoint was injected with neostigmine and do mention skewer to produce acid,hemp,swelling and heavy needling sensation effect,so as to achieve the purpose of treating urinary retention.Results:20 cases of patients were markedly effective,4 cases were effective and 1 case was invalid.Conclusion:Urinary retention of anorectal postoperative can be treated with point injection of neostigmine,the method was simple,effective and practical.Moreover,the patients were easy to accept.If it is used properly,the pain of catheterization is fully achieved exemption and it must be introduced.关键词
