摘要

Abstract

We used fNIRs technology in the tumor microwave thermal ablation to test organization parameter in real-time and to explove a new real-time effecting assessment factor.Fresh vitro liver was selected as specimen,and it was conducted in certain microwave power and time combinations.In the experiment,the μs' and temperature of the specific position of the ablation target in real-time were collected by the fNIRs system.The change ofμs' and temperature were in exponential growth with the time,and the closer the test point from microwave needle,the faster μs' and temperature rose.Eventually,μs' gradually reached the stable state and did not vary with temperature any more.So,compared with the results of thermal ablation,μs' was proved as a good real-time effecteing assessment factor.Optical parameters μs' can be used as the effecting assessment factor of thermal ablation,and this study will lay the foundation for the clinical application.
