山酢浆草根颈试管苗培养的研究
Study on Culture of Oxalis acetosella Test-Tube Seedlings from Root Collar

Abstract
In order to cultivate and protect the wild resources,the root collars of Oxalis acetosella were used to study the culture,subculture,cuttage and transplanting of test-tube seedlings,finally the culture technology of test-tube seedlings from root collars was established.The results showed that the optimum medium for culture and subculture of test-tube seedlings was 1/2MS + 15 g/L sucrose + 0.4 mg/L ZT + 0.4 mg/L IAA.On the greenhouse seedling bed,the cutting survival rate was 96％,and the propagation speed increased by 2.9 times.The transplanting survival rate of test-tube seedlings was 98.8％.The transplanted plantlets maintained all the biological traits of wild Oxalis acetosella.关键词
