无毛黄瓜抗蚜与叶片营养物质关系的探究
Research on Relationship between Aphid-Resistance and Nutrient Substances in Leaves of Glabrous Cucumber
摘要
Abstract
The changes of aphid quantity and contents of four important nutrient substances in cucumber leaves after inoculated aphids were studied with glabrous cucumber mutant,glabrate cucumber mutant and normal cucumber cultivar Shannong 5.The results showed that glabrous cucumber had obvious resistance to aphids.Compared with normal cucumber,glabrous cucumber had lower contents of water,soluble sugar,soluble protein and free amino acid in leaves,which indicated that lack of essential nutrients maybe one of the reasons for aphid resistance of glabrous cucumber.关键词
