Abstract
Objective To investigate the distribution feature of T1565C site polymorphisms of platelet glycoprotein receptor Ⅱ b/Ⅲ a gene in Xinjiang uygur coronary heart disease (CHD) patients and to discuss its correlation with the formation of CHD.Methods A total of 98 patients with CHD (case group) and 199 healthy controls (control group) were selected.The gene polymorphisms were detected by the peripheral blood DNA extraction,PCR amplification,enzyme cut and electrophoresis technologyies.Results The case group:T/T type 90 cases (92％),T/C type 8 cases (8％).The control group:T/T type 194 cases (97％),T/C type 5 cases (3％).There was statistically significant difference in T/C type between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).No C/C type was found in the two groups.Conclusion T/C genotype of platelet glycoprotein receptor Ⅱ b/Ⅲa gene may be associated with CHD in Xinjiang uygur patients.关键词
